How to Open an OC Account with Internet Identity

To access OC, you need an Internet Identity (II).

Step 1: Visit Open Chat

To support the community, you can register using this Zero to Hero referral link or go to OC.app and click Launch App.

 

Step 2: Sign Up or Log In

Once redirected to the app page as a guest, you can choose to Sign In or Sign Up. Click Sign Up with Internet Identity—while there are other login methods, we will focus on this one for now.

 

Step 3: Use an Existing Internet Identity or Create One

If you already have an Internet Identity, click Use Existing Identity.
If not, create one by following the on-screen instructions.

 

Step 4: Choose Your Username and Referral

Once logged in, choose a username and, if applicable, indicate who referred you. You may enter Zero to Hero or any other entity that referred you.

 

Step 5: Start Your OC Journey
