At Zero to Hero Shop, we strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience. All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted supplier, Printful. Once your order is placed, it goes into production, which typically takes 2-7 business days for apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel items (e.g., accessories).
Shipping Times
After the production process, your order will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your region and any potential delays with the carrier.
Estimated Shipping Times by Region:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10-20 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
These times do not include the fulfillment period and are estimates provided by our shipping carriers.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer various shipping options to choose from. You will see the available shipping methods and rates during checkout after you enter your shipping address.
Free Shipping
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions or include free shipping for specific products or order sizes. When available, this option will be automatically applied at checkout.
Currency Conversion and International Shipping
Our website automatically adjusts the displayed currency based on your location, ensuring you see prices in your local currency. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping Restrictions

Delays and Delivery Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Address Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. If you realize that there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at shop.zero2hero@gmail.com. Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at shop.zero2hero@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners and Printful to investigate the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement order or a refund, depending on the situation.
Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be fulfilled from multiple locations, which could result in items being shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment in this case. Don’t worry — your items are on their way!
